TYPICAL PROPERTIES
NeoFilm™ is a special two-layer PVC-Film
which glows when illuminated by the NeoLight™.
NeoFilm™ consists of a translucent,
fluorescent film onto which is laminated a UV-stabilized film, likewise
translucent.
NeoFilm™ is intended solely for
indoor applications.
How it works:
After being cut to shape on a cutting plotter, the film is attached to the
inside of the shop-window or to the rear side of an acrylic display panel
and illuminated by the NeoLight™ from
the same side. Given the correct distance and angle of incidence, the
black-light causes the fluorescent film to glow.
NeoFilm™ is equipped with the
permanent adhesive AL 210. Thanks to this adhesive's built in UV-filter, the
film has a guaranteed service life of several years. The silicone paper B
145 makes NeoFilm™ very easy to process.
NeoSign™ should be cleaned with the
aid of cleansing agents which cannot damage the surface of the film, e.g.
soap solution, alcohol-based glass cleansers. Avoid using solvent-based
cleansers, as they may destroy the fluorescent layer.
TYPCAL PROPERTIES
NeoLight™ is a black-light
illuminating system which has been specially developed for use with
NeoFilm™. The system can be extended
to suit individual requirements. Fixtures are available in two lengths.
The fixtures are designed in a way that the light cannot scatter beyond
those areas which are meant to be illuminated. All fixtures are supplied
with a cord and plug, which means that the NeoSign™
system can in most cases be installed quickly and easily.
NeoGlass™ is a specially developed
acrylic glass for the NeoSign™ system
that will absorb 99% of all UV-light. The glass is developed in a way that
the light cannot scatter beyond those areas which are meant to be
illuminated. |
